 April 6th,2006. My 55th Bday. Cut my hair 1st time in over 10 yrs this short, hence allowing my daughter to take my picture to send to her twin. I'm holding A Mary Rose bloom and started my birthday garden tour with it. Following is a fairly long picture tour of what bloomed for me on my birthday. I hated turning 55 for some reason, hence the drastic hair change. So decided that even though haven't had time to complete weeding for this season start yet I went ahead and walked through my garden taking pictures weeds and all of all the beautiful flowers blooming. Though thier surroundings are a mess they shine through in all thier glory as I hope my spirit shines though for me. This tour is for me, a present to myself to remind me of all the individual beauty that surrounds me no matter what ugliness life brings my way. I always have some beauty to look towards.
