![]() This is where Baha'u'llah spent the last thirteen years of his life. He assended from here and His shrine is here. There are many wonderful stories I will later tell you about this Mansion. There was an epidemic at the time it was built and the owners fled making it possible for Abdu'l-baha to be able to rent it. Bahji means "Delight" . There were no formal gardens at the time Baha'u'llah lived there. This is when He would visit Ridvan gardens. The gardens were put in later by Baha'is. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A Northwestern view of the gardens of Bahji in Akka,Isael ![]() View of the Harim-i-Aqdas ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() View from the upper balcony of the Mansion of Bahji , near Akka,Israel | Shrine of Baha'u'llah | | Ridvan Garden (Paradise) | House of Abbud | The Mansion of Mazra'hi | The Bahji Gardens | The Second Ridvan Garden | | The Golden Rule and Beyond | Religious Teachings on One Personal God | The Life of Baha'u'llah | Progressive Revelation | Some Basic Baha'i Principles | Jesus, The Bible and Me | Baha'i Gardens | | Return Home | Contact Us | My Baha'i Faith | Family | My Garden | MY Roses | Miniature | Plant Gallery Database | New Orleans Botanical Gardens | Feng Shui Gardening | Links & Resources | |
